Products and Advertisement

All products/items offered on this sight is sold "as is". Excluding the fact that if the products/items were damaged BEFORE they left our warehouse/store. 

Products/items on our website and in our advertisement are photographed with other products/items that complement them to show versatility and how to wear them. We may not have the other products/items seen in the photographs to sale. Please understand we are not responsible, liable, or obligated to sell these products/items that are in the photographs with the products/items we do sale. We will do our best to present our customers with fashionable content that is available, but if we cannot offer some of the products/items our the photographs/advertisement for sale, please understand we are not obligated to. 

We do our best to describe our products well for our customers to understand and know what they are purchasing from our website. Most products/items are sold as one single piece or garment with no other additional products/items. We do offer "set/sets" that will be obvious of what products/items are included and will be received when ordering them. Please note that we are selling the described products/items only. We are not obligated to provide items that are not described in our photographs and advertisement. 

Price and Payment

Prices exclude federal tax, state tax, and delivery cost, which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket, and have selected your chosen different delivery method.

Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at anytime, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Despatch Confirmation. 

Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. 

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Shopify (our website provider) also carries out a standard authorization check on your payment card, and products will not be dispatched until this authorization check has been completed. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this. 

If it happens that you did not make a purchase and your card was charged, due to it being lost or stolen. You must FIRST contact your bank or card issuer to resolve the issue before contacting us. We are not responsible for the loss of your credit or debit card. It is solely your responsibility to care for your personal credit or debit cards/belongings.

**Shoe Prices very because of size difference. Our suppliers discount some sizes due to less materials being needed. We are not obligated and will not price match any other shoes due to sizing differences or any other differences. Simply because we use a fair pricing method.

Jewelry/Accessories/Clothing Notice

Our jewelry is not meant for children. Putting our jewelry on your children or child will be at your own discretion. This website is intended for adults 18 or older to use. 

Copper can be sensitive to or irritate some customers' ears with metal allergies. Jewelry is nickel and lead-free. If you're in doubt, don't use copper. If you order any of our jewelry and you have an allergy to metal, known or unknown, you are ordering at your own discretion.  

Our accessories are not meant for children. Putting our accessories on your children or child will be at your own discretion. This website is intended for adults 18 or older to use.

Please note that some of our products do have wool or feathers within. This is to ensure the product is well-equipped for its purpose and needs. Most, if not all, of our products are labeled, but be aware that being we get our descriptions of the items from the brands and/or there is a vast amount, some may not be listed. If you order any of our clothing or accessories and you have an allergic reaction to wool or feathers, known or unknown, you are ordering at your own discretion.

Giveaway Winners

Please claim your giveaway within a timely manner. Giveaway items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are picked for a giveaway and are international, prizes must be forfeited as we do not ship internationally.

Shipping

• Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.

Products marked delivered by the Postal Service. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

If you receive a tracking number:

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

Château Rose Boutique is NOT responsible for:

Lost or stolen property of customers. Once it leaves our possession/facility/warehouse, it is the customer's sole responsibility to care for their items/property. All customers are solely responsible for all of their personal possessions. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at chateauroseboutique@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
