• Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 15 days from the order date. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be for the amount to the item, and not for any shipping and handling charges.

• We will only accept one coupon code per order!

•Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to us.

Coupon Codes Guidelines

Unless specifically stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other coupon codes to purchase merchandise. Coupon codes do not apply to sale items, unless specifically stated otherwise. Coupon codes must be used at the time of purchase, and cannot be applied retroactively. Use of a coupon on our site indicates you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions that apply to the specific discount, and to purchasing from us through our website. Coupon codes and promotional discounts do not carry over to exchanged items. Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash value. Expired coupons are not accepted and cannot be applied to any purchases.

Returns + Coupon Codes

If you applied a coupon code to your purchase and you are returning your order, the coupon is no longer valid and cannot be reissued. We are not obligated to issue you a new one or replace the one you used. This is because coupon codes are good for one use only, and we continuously offer great deals and sales on our products, meaning you will always have a good buy. 

These rewards cannot be combined with any other Coupon. They cannot use them on previous purchases. *Only one reward per transaction, and it is good for only one use. Once used, it is no longer usable again. We are not responsible for lost or stolen rewards or obligated to issue new rewards. 

Returns + VIP Rewards

Once you have redeemed your rewards, there is no way to reverse them. You will have to use the reward selected or lose the reward. If you used a reward on a purchase and you return the purchase, you will not get your rewards spent back. The rewards applied to the purchase/return will be lost. So, please spend your rewards wisely because we know how much you love them.
