Return and Sales Policy
General Order Information
• Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
• Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 15 days from the order date. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be for the amount to the item, and not for any shipping and handling charges.
• We will only accept one coupon code per order!
•Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to us.
For Hygienic purposes and the best interest of our customers. All sales are final on swimwear, jewelry, scarves, hats, bust covers & tape, and all other accessories!

What Do We Accept as Returns?
Your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance items, jewelry, scarves, and hair accessories (including hats) or items marked as final sale. You must request a return within 15 days from your purchase date to obtain a return authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender, COD.
The product’s color representation online may vary from the exact color of the merchandise due to photography lenses, lighting conditions, and the computer monitor used. Clothing patterns may also vary. These differences do not qualify as defects or damages and will be subject to the same return policies as all other products.
Coupon Codes
If you applied a coupon code to your purchase, and you are returning your order, we are not obligated to issue you a new one or replace the one you used.
Returns + VIP Rewards
Once you have redeemed your rewards there is no way to reverse it. You will have to use the reward selected or lose the reward. If you used a reward on a purchase and you return the purchase, you will not get your rewards spent back. The rewards applied to the purchase/return will be lost. So, please spend your rewards wisely because we know how much you love them.
Shipping
We only ship to continental USA locations, EXCLUDING California.
All orders shipped within the continental USA receive free shipping.
Orders shipped via our standard shipping will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, and can take 5-7 business days from the ship date to receive. Some delays due to rare shipping occurrences may arise; if this were to occur, it would be 15 business days at most. The cost for our standard shipping on orders is FREE.

International Duties or Customs charges
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.
Products marked delivered by the Postal Service. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
If you receive a tracking number:
• If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at chateauroseboutique@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Defective Items OR Problems with Shipment
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported within 3 days of arrival by email to chateauroseboutique@gmail.com. We will kindly get you taken care of and apologize if this happens! We do our very best to inspect each and every item before leaving our facility. Please do not use scissors when opening the packages.
Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY OR DRY CLEAN ONLY, PLEASE----- DO NOT wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand-wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. Please see tags for instructions on how to properly take care of your item.
Price and Payment
Prices exclude federal tax, state tax, and delivery cost, which will be automatically added (at the cost shown) to the total amount due when you view the items in your shopping basket, and have selected your chosen different delivery method.
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer, and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Shopify (our website provider) also carries out a standard authorization check on your payment card, and products will not be dispatched until this authorization check has been completed. Please note that it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.
If it happens that you did not make a purchase and your card was charged, due to it being lost or stolen. You must FIRST contact your bank or card issuer to resolve the issue before contacting us. We are not responsible for the loss of your credit or debit card. It is solely your responsibility to care for your personal credit or debit cards/belongings.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Château Rose Boutique may change its Return and Sales Policy from time to time, and in Château Rose Boutique's sole discretion. Château Rose Boutique encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Return and Sales Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Return and Sales Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
